We are a 3-year-old charity supporting disadvantaged children in Kenya through educational initiatives, our primary project being an Enrichment Club.

THE CHALLENGE

We empower children who are marginalised, to break free from poverty and discrimination in the most vulnerable living conditions in Kenya – a slum in Nairobi called Deep Sea. Eclipsed by other larger slums, Deep Sea is not on the radar of big charities. Our social and academic programmes are built within and driven by the community we serve.

How The Fursa Trust makes
a difference

We partner with parents and communities to help disadvantaged children lead a life of choice and opportunity.

Through interventions around education, mentoring and nutrition we enrich the lives of children all the way through their school lives.

We believe in the power of inspiration and we want to help the children dream big and follow their dreams.
